Affiliate Program management scripts come in all sizes and price brackets.
1. The $7 script by Jon Leger is brilliantly cheap but you cannot build up a list of customer, affiliates or JV partners with it. Nor can you mail out to them.
2. At the expensive end of the scale, there are two popular affiliate program manager: Mike Filsaime's Butterfly Marketing and John Delavera's JVManager (now upgraded to Fantasos). They do everything you could possibly want but are also costly and there is quite a learning curve, or so I am told.
3. ClickBank is a midway alternative but it cost quite a bit in fees on each transaction. And you cannot email anybody through ClickBank. You even need a separate system if you want to be able to register your affiliates.
